A Great Love

“For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life. For God did not send the Son into the world in order to judge (to reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him.” (John 3:16-17 AMP)

We used to be able to say “everyone has heard John 3:16”, but that isn’t the case anymore. So many people in this nation alone have never been exposed to the gospel at all. Times have changed that much. This is God’s motive behind Jesus Christ coming to earth, dying and rising from the dead. LOVE. Human beings are His most prized possession! Every one of us was conceived FIRST in Father God’s Heart eons ago. We all are precious to Him. So much so that He was willing to send Jesus, who by the way left His former glory to take on the form of a man…forever. That in itself was a sacrifice! Because of God’s great love for you and me, we can gain not just eternal life, but victory while we are here! A love like this does not exist in today’s world. If you don’t know Him or have grown cold towards Him, reach out to Him with a simple prayer in faith:

Jesus I confess I am a sinner and I need You to save me. I want this wonderful love You have for me in my life. Please forgive me and wash me in Your Blood. Thank You for saving me! Father, thank You for sending Jesus to save me. I gladly enter in to a relationship with You that Jesus has paid for. Take my life and use it to Your glory. In Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen and Amen!

If you have prayed this prayer for the first time Welcome to the family of God! If no, welcome back! Take His hand and follow Him step by step, day by day…a life in God is the most adventurous life you could ever imagine! Let the adventure begin…

Blessings everyone…
