Seeking God’s Wisdom

“If any of you is deficient in wisdom, let him ask of the giving God [Who gives] to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproaching or fault-finding, and it will be given him.” (James 1:5)

We need God’s wisdom to navigate these dark days. Here He is telling us to ask Him for it and He will give to all who ask “liberally” without making us feel stupid.

What do we need God’s wisdom for? Can’t we make our own decisions? We could but why do it on our own when God can help us make the right decision? After all, He knows the beginning from the end. People pay psychics thousands of dollars to get their predictions of outcomes so they can make informed decisions. But God’s wisdom can guide us to make the right decisions.

When we ask for wisdom, we’ll just know in our heart when the decision is right or wrong. He’ll give insight that is uncommon and knowledge that we would never think about on our own.

The Bible says “ask and it shall be given to you.” So ask!

Blessings everyone…
