Just Two

“Again I tell you, if two of you on earth agree (harmonize together, make a symphony together) about whatever [anything and everything] they may ask, it will come to pass and be done for them by My Father in heaven.”

Whatever. This word has infinite possibilities. This one word according to Jesus, can make the impossible possible! This principle is important enough for Jesus to reiterate it by saying “again I tell you.” Just two people agreeing in unity can make “whatever” possible!

The Bible says “behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!” In this divided world today, unity among people seems impossible, but it just takes two to agree, to harmonize together, to make a symphony together. Soon others will join and still others until unity would overcome division.

Sounds like a pipe dream doesn’t it? Looking at our country, and even across the planet, unity seems an impossible achievement except for one word that Jesus spoke: WHATEVER. The impossible can be possible because all things are possible with God!

It just takes two. If everyone who reads this post would find someone to agree with for unity among men it could spread through your town, or your county (or parish for us Cajuns) and even through our nation. What have we got to lose?

Blessings everyone…
